A first-floor office stripped back to the shell - linings, ceilings and partitions out, asbestos removed under controls and the floor handed back swept and ready for fit-out.
A commercial office needed a full strip-out ahead of a new fit-out. The asbestos crew went in first and removed the asbestos-containing linings under poly and HEPA controls, with the SES wifi camera system letting the supervisor watch the work from outside the zone. The demolition crew then took out ceilings, partitions, services and floor coverings.
The floor was handed back as a clean shell with the concrete swept, services safe-tagged and a photo record for the fit-out contractor.
Project scope:
- Asbestos removal of linings under controlled conditions
- Ceilings, partitions, services and floor coverings stripped to the shell
- Wifi camera supervision of the work zone
- HEPA vacuum and negative air during the works
- Shell handed back swept and documented for the fit-out
