Enclosures built on the warehouse floor and mezzanine with decontamination units at each entry, so the asbestos could come out in stages while the warehouse kept operating.
A working warehouse had asbestos in the linings and ductwork around its mezzanine. SES built sheeted enclosures on the floor and the mezzanine, each with its own decontamination unit, and worked through them in stages.
Staging the enclosures meant the client kept most of the warehouse operating throughout.
Project scope:
- Staged enclosures on floor and mezzanine
- Decontamination unit at each enclosure
- Asbestos linings and ductwork removed under controls
- Warehouse kept operating
- Clearance per stage
